Checked in at 7:30 pm, received an upgrade to the 3rd floor to avoid noise issues. Manager was incredibly accommodating. Front desk staff was friendly, shower was great, bed was comfortable. Convenient location for my travels, brand new rooms with modern amenities. Enjoyed the free breakfast and the easy access to nearby attractions like Hersheypark. The hotel offers a shared lounge, free WiFi, and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Overall, a pleasant stay with superb service and comfort. Will definitely return in the future.
